NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest is open to legal residents of the continental U.S. Wizard Entertainment employees and their immediate families are not eligible for entry. All prospective entrants under 18 years of age must have a parent/legal guardian's permission to enter. Please complete the entry form and submit with entry. Enter in as many categories as you'd like. Participants cannot submit the same film in different categories, however, can submit multiple films in each category. Each submission must be on a separate DVD/VHS and have its own entry form. All films must be in English or contain subtitles for any non-English speaking films. Submissions must be no longer than thirty (30) minutes in length. With the exception of former Wizard World Film Festival ¡°Best In Fest¡± Grand Prize winners, films entered in previous Wizard World Film Festivals may be resubmitted for consideration again, even if it has already been shown at a previous Wizard World Film Festival. Alterations to the entry form will not be accepted. All entries and rights relating to the physical copies sent become property of Wizard Entertainment (Sponsor) and will not be returned. All taxes (federal, state and local, if any) will be the responsibility of the prizewinners. Prizes will be awarded in the names of the contest winners, unless the winners are under the age of 18; prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian. The Grand Prize Winner will have a segment of his or her entry shown at Wizard World Chicago 2008. Airfare, hotel accommodation, transportation and any other travel expenses are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Offer void where prohibited, regulated or restricted by law in a manner inconsistent with the purposes and rules hereof. All entries must be received at contest headquarters by February 1, 2008. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, postage due, misdirected or mutilated entries.

Finalists will be chosen by a select panel of judges by the Sponsor from qualifying entries. Finalists will be announced on or about February 29^th, 2008 on WizardWorldFilmFest.com. Finalists¡¯ films will be shown at Wizard World Los Angeles (March 14^th-16^th, 2008) and will be voted on by the fans in attendance. Winners will be chosen on or about March 15^th, 2008. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a winner does not respond to the prize notification, or refuses the prize, an alternate winning entry will not be selected. If it is impossible for the Sponsor to award the designated prize, the Sponsor retains the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value to the winner. Please allow 10 to 16 weeks for delivery of prizes. Winners consent to the use of their names, cities and likenesses for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Wizard Entertainment does not own the rights to entrants¡¯ films, but does own the right to show entrants¡¯ films, clips of their films and/or stills on its website for advertising, promotional or entertainment purposes.

GRAND PRIZE (1)
Of the four Category Winners, the film with the highest overall amount of votes will win the coveted "Best in Fest" award to be presented at Wizard World Los Angeles 2008 and will receive a screening at Wizard World Chicago (June 26^th-29^th, 2008) at the Rosemont Convention Center. The winner will also be eligible for a free Small Press Booth at Wizard World Los Angeles 2009. Winner must contact Wizard Conventions, Inc. at 845-268-2000 by April 25, 2008 to reserve this space.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize as the Sponsor deems suitable in the event that a prize is unavailable.
